“Bobble Hands”, Skate with the Hogs, toothbrush holder spotlight February giveaways at the BMO Harris Bank Center

Rockford, Ill. – When the Rockford IceHogs return to the BMO Harris Bank Center in February, fans will be treated to a variety of giveaways and promotions, including the final opportunity to skate with the Hogs.

The IceHogs return to action at the BMO Harris Bank Center on Saturday, Feb. 9 at 7:05 p.m. for a tilt with the Houston Aeros, and the first 2,000 fans to enter will receive a Colin Fraser “Bobble Hands” figurine courtesy of Gatorade.

The following Saturday, Feb. 16, the IceHogs take on the Abbotsford Heat at 7:05 p.m. at the BMO, where the first 1,500 fans (21 and older) through the turnstiles will receive an IceHogs floppy hat sponsored by Bud Light.

Then the next day, Sunday, Feb. 17, in a 5:05 p.m. affair with the Lake Erie Monsters, the initial 1,000 kids (14 and under) to enter the BMO Harris Bank Center will receive a Hammy bobblehead toothbrush holder courtesy of Riverside Dental.

Following the Feb. 17 contest, fans will have the opportunity to skate with the Hogs in a post-game skate. Fans are encouraged to bring their skates to the game in order to skate with players and receive autographs. If fans don’t have skates, the glass in the end zone near the IceHogs tunnel will be taken down for fans to walk down and receive autographs and meet with players. Skates will not be available to rent and anyone without skates will not be permitted on to the ice.

The conclusion of February giveaways is Feb. 22, when the Grand Rapids Griffins return to Rockford for a bout beginning at 7:05 p.m. The first 2,500 fans will receive a water bottle courtesy of Culligan.
