Chicago, Ill.-The Chicago Blackhawks have recalled defenseman Nick Leddy from the American Hockey League’s Rockford IceHogs.
Leddy, 19, has recorded one goal in 14 games with the Blackhawks this year, as well as 10 points (2G, 8A) in 22 AHL tilts with Rockford this season during his professional debut. The Eden Prairie, Minnesota, native won a bronze medal with Team USA at the 2011 World Junior Championships in Buffalo, New York, earlier this month, collecting two assists and a +1 plus/minus rating in five contests.
