Time: 7 p.m. at the BMO Harris Bank Center.

Rally Towel Giveaway: The first 2,500 fans through the gates will receive a free IceHogs rally towel courtesy of BMO Harris Bank.

Pregame Block Party: Fans can come to the BMO Harris Bank Center starting at 4 p.m. for a Pregame Block Party Presented by Swedish American Hospital leading up to puck drop. Parts of Elm and Main Street will be closed as there will be inflatables for children to enjoy, live music and outside vendors with food and drinks for purchase.

Match Up: The Western Conference Semifinals shifts to Rockford as the IceHogs welcome the Grand Rapids Griffins to the BMO Harris Bank Center for Game 3 (“Game D”). Grand Rapids defended their home ice as they took the first two games of the series to take a 2-0 series lead. The IceHogs have won 20 of their last 28 games dating back to Feb. 21, but five of the eight losses have been to the Griffins, including Games 1 and 2.

Broadcast Information: Game 3 will be broadcast locally live on WIFR’s 23.3 or can be seen online at ahllive.com, along with a free audio broadcast of the game. Follow along on Twitter (@goIceHogs) for live updates throughout the game.

Game 4 (Game E): Thursday, May 14, 2015 vs. Grand Rapids Griffins

Time: 7 p.m. at the BMO Harris Bank Center.

Rally Towel Giveaway: The first 2,500 fans through the gates will receive a free IceHogs rally towel courtesy of BMO Harris Bank.

Pregame Block Party: All fans are invited to head to the BMO Harris Bank Center early to take part in a Pregame Block Party, presented by Swedish American Hospital, beginning at 4 p.m. The festivities, with inflatable bounce houses, live music and more, will take play outside in front of the Box Office on Elm and Main Street.

Match Up: The IceHogs and Griffins meet for the second straight night, this time for Game 4 (“Game E”) of the Western Conference Semifinals. The IceHogs have a record of 46-38-5-4 since the 2010-11 campaign in the second game of back-to-back contests.

Broadcast Information: Game 4 will be broadcast locally live on 23.2 Antenna TV or can be seen online at ahllive.com, along with a free audio broadcast of the game. Follow along on Twitter (@goIceHogs) for live updates throughout the game.

Game 5 (Game F): Sunday, May 17, 2015 vs. Grand Rapids Griffins (*if necessary)

Time: 4 p.m. at the BMO Harris Bank Center.

Pregame Block Party: The IceHogs and BMO Harris Bank Center have teamed up for some fun leading up to puck drop. Fans can stop at the BMO beginning at 1 p.m. for another Pregame Block Party presented by Swedish American Hospital.

Match Up: A win by the IceHogs in either Game 3 or 4 would extend the series and force a third straight game against the Griffins on home ice. The best-of-seven series could then potentially shift back to Grand Rapids should further games be necessary.

Broadcast Information: Game 5 will be shown live on 23.2 Antenna TV or can be seen online at ahllive.com, along with a free audio broadcast of the game. Follow along on Twitter (@goIceHogs) for live updates throughout the game.

"Tix and Tees" Pack: Fans can purchase a special “Tix and Tees” playoff package for either Game 3 or Game 4 for just $40.
