Chicago, Ill.- The Chicago Blackhawks have recalled defenseman Nick Leddy from the American Hockey League’s Rockford IceHogs.

Leddy, 19, has netted two goals in 18 games with the Blackhawks as well as 10 points (2G, 8A) in 22 AHL tilts with Rockford this season during his professional debut.  The Eden Prairie, Minnesota, native won a bronze medal with Team USA at the 2011 World Junior Championships in Buffalo, New York, in January collecting two assists and a +1 plus/minus rating in five contests.

Next Home Game: Wednesday, Feb. 16 vs. Peoria: The puck drops at 6:35 p.m. The IceHogs kickoff a four-game homestand against the Peoria Rivermen at the MetroCentre for the third of five matchups in Rockford in 2010-11. Wednesdays are Dollar Days as fans can enjoy dollar Bud Select Drafts, Vienna Beef Hot Dogs, Pepsi Products and companion tickets.
