Adam Burish To Speak To Students At St. Juliana In Edison Park

Chicago Blackhawks right wing Adam Burish will appear as a guest speaker at a student assembly at St. Juliana School in Edison Park at 1:45 p.m. on Monday, January 14.

Burish will speak to the students about the benefits of working hard in school and how achieving lofty goals is possible through hard work and dedication. Burish, 25, is in his first full season with the Blackhawks after completing his college career at the University of Wisconsin where he was captain of the 2006 Wisconsin team that won the NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey Championship.

While at Wisconsin, Burish earned his degree in Economics and for the past two seasons, Burish has won the Blackhawks’ fitness testing that takes place at the beginning of training camp.
