Rockford, Ill.- The Rockford IceHogs, along with WIFR-TV channel 23 announced on Saturday that the IceHogs-Iowa Chops game on Monday, Dec. 29 at 7:05 p.m. is sold out.

Monday is “WIFR Sell Out The House Night” and the game marks the IceHogs first sell out of the 2008-09 season.  The game comes just three days after the IceHogs largest crowd of the season on Friday night when 5,189 fans watched the Hogs knock off the Chicago Wolves 6-2 at the Rockford MetroCentre.

Fans that have yet to pick up tickets for the game can stop by the MetroCentre Box Office on Monday at 10 a.m. and have an opportunity to get a limited number of released team tickets for the game. These tickets must be picked up in person at the MetroCentre Box Office and can not be reserved over the phone.

Also on Monday, the IceHogs welcome back the Chicago Sky Drumline.  The drumline will entertain fans during timeouts and intermissions.
