Head of Off-Ice Officials

Dave enters his 11th season with the IceHogs and seventh as the Head of Off-Ice Officials. During his first two seasons with the team Dave served as a team statistician before assuming his current game-day role of head timekeeper, giving him nine seasons of experience as official timekeeper.

A lifelong Rockford resident, Dave grew up playing hockey as he played for 16 years beginning at age four.

Dave enjoys traveling to other arenas in the area and going to Blackhawks, Cubs and Pittsburgh Steelers games.

Dave was also the head time keeper for the Rock River Raptors professional indoor football team, the Rockford Rampage professional indoor soccer team and has run the clock for the Harlem Globetrotters the past two years during the team’s tour stop at the BMO Harris Bank Center.
