2011-12 Season Notes
-Shared the lead among Hockey East defensemen with a career-high 33 points (4g-29a) in 38 games with the Terriers
-Named a Hockey East First Team All-Star
-One of two sophomores selected to the All-New England Division I All Star-Team
-Had back-to-back three assist games on 1/14/12 (at Harvard) and 1/20/12 (vs. Providence)
-Scored his first goal of the season against Cornell on 11/26/11 to help the Terriers to a 2-1 overtime victory
2010-11 Season Notes
-Apart of Team USA’s gold medal winning team at the 2010 IIFH World U18 Championships with a 3-1 victory over Sweden
-Was named as one of the defensemen to the IIFH World U18 tournament All-Star team and as one of Team USA's three top players
-Hockey East Honorable Mention All-Star
-Tied for fourth on Boston in scoring with 26 points on the strength of a squad-best 21 assists
-Runner-up for Hockey East Rookie of the Month in February
-Named a Hockey East Top Performer on four separate occasions (1/24, 2/7, 2/21, 2/28)
Career Notes
-Ranked 45th overall among draft eligible prospects by Central Scouting and 45th overall by NHL.com
-Named the top defenseman at the Six Nations Tournament in Belarus in February of 2012
-Helped the United States capture back-to-back gold medals at the World Under-18 Championship in 2009 and 2010
-Totaled 45 points (13g, 32a) in 63 games for the U.S. U18 Team during the 2009-10 season
-Recorded 37 points (4g, 33) in 50 games with the Toronto Marlboros AAA squad before being selected to the USNTDP in 2008 |
